PAYMENT TERMS FOR 2025 SEASON
We request that entries be registered online (45) days or more prior to the competition date.
All payments must be submitted in full (30) days prior to the competition date to confirm registration. Payments received less than (30) days out from the competition date may incur a late fee.
Early payments must be submitted in full (45) days or more prior to the competition date to receive early payment benefits. Partial payments will not be eligible for early payment benefits.
Routines will not be accepted by phone or fax.
Routines are on a first come, first served basis and will not be considered official until we receive payment in full.
REFUND POLICY FOR 2025 SEASON
If a WCTE event is cancelled (for COVID or any other reason), refunds will be made to the Studio.
No refunds if studio/ attendee cancels. If a Dancer is unable to attend the event for any reason, a credit voucher will be issued to the account of which the dancer was registered to. The credit can be applied towards a future WCTE event. "Day of" cancellations or dancer/routine cancellations submitted after an event has completed will not be issued credits.
PLEASE NOTE: No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
WAIVER AND GENERAL RELEASE FORM
All persons attending or participating are required to fill out a waiver. Minor waivers (18 and under) must be filled out by a parent or legal guardian. All persons over the age of 18 are required to complete an individual waiver, however if an adult completes a waiver for a minor, they do not need to complete a second one for themselves.

Please contact our office for payment details via ACH and Wire Transfer or should you wish to make alternative payment arrangements.
Payment methods include credit card, ACH and wire transfer in US dollars (USD). Please be advised that a service charge will be assessed on all credit card transactions. No personal checks will be accepted from individual parents or guardians.
Independent entries will not be accepted at events.
Any schedule requests submitted to our office may incur a $20.00 fee per each schedule request.
Registration changes will not be accepted less than 5 days out from the event. On-site registration and on-site entry revisions will not be permitted under any circumstance.
Once an event is sold-out studios will be notified and a 50% deposit will be required to hold your spot. The deposit will be applied to your entry fees for the event. Deposits are non-refundable. The deposit will guarantee a spot in your selected city until the deadline.
WORLD-CLASS TALENT EXPERIENCE, INC. reserves the right to add additional competition days or move the competition location due to unforeseen circumstances.
WORLD-CLASS TALENT EXPERIENCE, INC. also reserves the right to cancel any event that does not meet the minimal number of acceptable entries. In the event this should happen, all entry fees paid will be refunded.
An email will be sent to each studio approximately (7) days before the competition containing all event details. Admission is free and the general public is welcome. Doors will open to the theater exactly 30 minutes prior to the first scheduled performance time. Please be ready to perform at least 1 hour prior to your scheduled performance time. All performers must be prepared to dance when scheduled. WORLD-CLASS TALENT EXPERIENCE, INC. will not “hold” any routine. Should an artist not be ready to perform at the scheduled time, the artist will not be able to perform and the routine will not be rescheduled.
